Payment Methods
This is where all the type of payment methods are located. You can insert, change or delete records. Remeber you can only delete a record if not already in use and some records have been created by the system and those can not be removed.
1. Start by clicking on the "Browse" menu and then select the "Payment Methods" item.
2. The payment method browse window will open showing all the payment methods.
3. To add a new payment method, click on the "Insert" button and the payment method update window will open. Complete the fields and click on "OK" to save the record.

Payment Method
The description of the payment method.
Bank Account
This is used for the bank recon function. You need to select the bank account this payment menthod is going to make payments to. Click here to view help on the Bank Accounts.
