Shortcuts

Circled in red is the shortcuts on the main window.

Below is a short explanation and link to each shortcuts help topic.

Debtors   -   Create and Modify debtors and then view the debtor account.

Invoices   -   View all the invoices and perform various functions.

Receipts   -   View all the receipts and perform various functions like easily capturing multiple payments.

Jobcards   -   Create and modify job cards.

Quotes   -   Create and modify quotations.

Cash-Sales   -   Open the point of sale window to perform transactions.

Items   -   Create and modify items (inventory).

Creditors   -   Create and Modify creditors and then view the creditor account.

Orders   -   View all the orders and perform various functions.

Expenses   -   View all the expenses.

Payments   -   View all the creditor payments.

Change Company   -   Open to another company (if you have multiple companies)
