5. Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable. However:

• If required by applicable law, refunds will be provided accordingly
• If a billing error occurs, we will investigate and issue a correction or refund where appropriate

No refunds will be issued for partial use, unused time, or downgrades unless explicitly stated.

6. Proration and Plan Changes

If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription:

• Upgrades: May take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the remainder of the billing cycle
• Downgrades: Take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No refunds or credits are issued for unused portions of a billing period unless required by law

7. Service Levels (SLA)

• Target uptime: 99% monthly (excluding maintenance)
• Maintenance communicated where possible
• Response times depend on issue severity
• No guaranteed service credits unless agreed in writing

8. Intellectual Property

All systems, content, and intellectual property remain the property of the service provider.

9. Privacy and POPIA

Personal information is processed in accordance with POPIA. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or non-payment.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
