EasyInvoice Software License Agreement
The EasyInvoice product ("the product") is licensed to you in terms of the following license agreement. If you do not agree to these terms then you should not install the product.
For the purposes of this agreement the product shall include:
- EasyInvoice software
- enhancements, improvements, updates, additions and derivative works
- documentation and other related materials
Your rights
LiteData grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on a single computer or on multiple terminals on a network for the purpose of administering a business. The use of the product is subject to the payment of a monthly or yearly license fee per business. The license fee is payable on an on-going basis while the product is in use for any purpose whatsoever.
In the event that you decide to cease using the product, you are required to:
- give one month's written notification to LiteData, and
- to delete the product from your computer system, whereupon payment of the license fee will cease.
Copyright
The product is owned by LiteData and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You should treat the product like any other copyrighted items such as a book. You are NOT authorized to copy any part of the manuals or other written materials which form part of the product.
You agree not to modify, reuse, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise translate the product or any portion thereof.
Transfer
You may not rent, lease or sell the product or copies of the product to any third party without the written permission of LiteData.
Warranty
The product is supplied "as is", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. LiteData does not warrant that the operations of the product will be uninterrupted or error free, nor does it assume any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damages suffered as a result of the use of, or inability to use, the product.
Backup and Data Corruptions
LiteData or the Software Developer/s cannot be held responsible in any way for lost data in what ever way. The responsibility stays with the user which should ensure backups are being made and stored offline in case of an event where data is lost or lost/corrupted.
Variations
Any variations of these terms and conditions are only valid if confirmed by LiteData in writing.
